What is a Masterclass
A masterclass is a public lesson, which provides a learning opportunity for the performer and the observers.

After a performer has played the work, Yoshie and Takashi will offer guidance to improve the performance. This is a rare opportunity to learn from 2 international artists, and enjoy music-making.

The masterclasses will also benefit observers who may not wish to perform at this point in time, but ready to learn and be inspired for their performance in the future.

Yoshie SHIRAMIZU & Takashi FUJII’s Profile

The Yoshie and Takashi Duo played superbly. Their high voltage performance combined funky soul and pianistic fireworks with equal enthusiasm.

– MUSICA NOVA, March 2016

The two overcame the difficulties by aspiring perfect harmony, which led the audience into their play.
– Monthly Ongaku Gendai, January 2015

They are on a far different level from other piano duos.
– Ongakunotomo, January 2015

Their superior techniques were far beyond my expectation of how much pianists could bring out the best in techniques.
– Ongakunotomo, September 2014
